Welcome Chalula!

This is our newest addition! We are having a great time with her..Funny how we ended

up with her. I was planning on having a Sheltie come in for some training, but he (the sheltie)

showed immediate aggression towards my Male Maltese, and for his safety, we just couldn't keep

the Sheltie here. So with Saddness in my heart, I returned Skipper. While returning Skipper

Kirsten asked me if I wanted a Chihuahua. and I said sure I would! So in came Chalula!

Here she is..Doing great, But needing to

learn whos toys are whos. Boy is she a little

turkey. My son realized she had his shark,

and when he tried to get it before she chewed it,

she gave such a good chase that he decided to

let her have it. The shark has no fins left! LOL

We have really grown to love Chalula, whom we lovingly call Lula or Lupa..since the kids

got it all messed up in the beginning and started calling her Chalupa. She Loves the baby best

and despite her fierce teritorial behaviours, the baby can do just about whatever he wants with her .

She follows him around, and initiates play, but when she has had enough, she retreats to my

closet to lay on my sweatshirts. With continued training it is our hope that we can train her

to accept guests without worrying about her giving someone a good nip.

cozy? I really enjoy playing with Charlie

and Lucy, But sometimes I have to be

reminded to be nice to Lucy.
